> Will I receive feedback after submitting my application?
We would love to respond to every application… However, only shortlisted candidates will receive a reply. Rest assured we check the spam folder weekly.
> Do I need specific educational qualifications to be accepted?
Some roles require specific qualifications (which will be clearly stated). However, personal qualities and growth potential remain the most important factors.
> What kind of employment history information should I provide?
Provide at least 5 years of work history, starting from your current/most recent role. Include full-time, part-time, and self-employment roles.
> Why do I need to provide documentation/references?
We only ask for this when you’re about to be offered a job. References help verify your employment history. Preferably from your most recent company or manager/teacher.
> Why do I need to provide my personal information?
To support equal opportunity and workplace diversity monitoring. Data is not shared outside the hiring team and used only for internal statistics.
> Is there a dress code for interviews?
There is no specific requirement. Wear what feels appropriate for you.
> Can I request adjustments for my interview?
Yes. We encourage you to share your needs and weâll do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

FOR DONATION INQUIRIES
The Museum of Design collects objects, works, or materials with the purpose of fulfilling its mission to communicate the value of design. The “100% Design” collection includes outstanding examples of design that have shaped the modern worldâfrom architecture to fashion, transportation to graphic design, and product design to furniture.
Please contact info@museumofdesign.vn with the subject line [DONATION] and describe the item you wish to donate or request a list of objects the Museum is currently seeking.
If suitable under the Collection Policy and in good condition, the object will be accepted into the permanent collection. If we cannot accept it, we will advise alternative solutions.
Due to high volume of messages, not all inquiries will receive a reply. Please check the FAQ section if you have specific questions.
> What types of objects does the Museum of Design collect?
From architecture to fashion, graphic design, product, interior, and transportation. Including posters, shopping bags, vinyl records, magazines, phones, computers, games, ready-to-wear fashion, chairs, etc. We do not accept large kitchen appliances.
> Does the Museum accept book donations?
Yes. Please send a photo of the book spine for our consideration.
> I’m decluttering and have objects to donateâcan the Museum come to me?
Send detailed information and clear photos of the item. If youâre in Ho Chi Minh City or nearby, we may be able to visit; for further locations, weâll assess case by case.
> What do I receive when I donate an object?
You will receive a certificate of appreciation and a permanent label on the item such as âGift ofâŠâ or âDonated in memory ofâŠâ.
> I donated an object but donât see it on display?
Only a small portion of the collection is on display. Items are preserved and used for research, education, or loaned exhibitions.
> I would like to lend an item to the Museum of Design.
Loans are initiated by the curatorial team. Once the exhibition is open, layouts cannot be changed. Long-term loans are only considered in special cases.
> Iâm a designer or retailer â how can I suggest a product?
Exhibitions are curated internally or through collaboration. Object selection is carefully planned and curated by the professional team.
> Iâm looking for information on a specific design or designer.
Due to high inquiry volume, we are unable to respond to individual research requests.
