If you apply for a job at the museum, we will only use the information you provide to process your application and track recruitment statistics. If we need to share information externally, e.g., to contact referees, we will notify you in advance unless required by law to disclose it.
If your job application is unsuccessful, we may retain your data for up to 12 months after recruitment for the applied role concludes. After that, your information will be deleted or destroyed. We retain anonymous statistical data about applicants to improve our hiring process, but this does not identify individuals.
