The Design Museum is a non-public organization, we operate in the field of culture – design, financially independent and non-profit, so the generous support of individuals / organizations plays an important role in attracting the widest public, with the potential to change design. Everyone’s support for Design Support is the foundation for the success of the museum and allows us to continue to organize exhibitions at the national and world level, extensive learning and exchange programs, as well as enhance the position of the Design Museum, as a center for design research at the national level.
When you donate, you have become one of the senior members of Design Support. The amount you donate is sponsoring 80-90% of the Museum’s operating funds, 10-20% for the Museum’s exclusive benefits for you. Each level of Design Support membership brings you closer to the Museum’s behind-the-scenes work and to the core of the design world. Design Support members enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the design world through exhibition and event openings, visits to renowned design studios, curatorial tours, exclusive trips to homes and private collections, and expert-only academic talks. This is of course a mandated support, as the new values and knowledge created by the pioneering and expanding research programmes funded by the Museum are also funded by your significant donations. Design Support is a community of individuals who share a desire to explore and celebrate design.

Research Members enjoy more exclusive access (questions, sidebar discussions) to tours and direct access to the “100% Design” collection for research (up to 2 people), trips with the Director and Curators, the opportunity to spend time on the sidelines with some of the most innovative designers and architects in Vietnam and internationally. 75,000,000 VND/year for sponsorship and exclusive benefits:

. Being a true collaborator, part of the Design Museum’s research team for 1 exhibition/year
. A private invitation tour led by the Exhibition Curator for you / your organization (up to 15 guests) at each exhibition.
