Introduction

HGAA originated as a design collective of young architects, who began collaborating professionally in 2012. After five years of designing and constructing architectural projects together, the studio was officially established in 2017. The studio’s goal is to collaboratively build and develop a meaningful architectural brand in Vietnam.

In many countries around the world, public parks are equipped with multifunctional benches designed for both sitting and reclining. This design provides friendliness, convenience, and meets the community’s need for flexible rest. The lotus leaf motif was chosen for its pure beauty and deep connection to Vietnamese life and spirit. This image evokes a sense of peace, gentleness, and closeness to nature, making it a fitting concept for a public design context.
